At TRIBU, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Ordering is easy and risk-free, and we hope you love your new eyewear.If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges on full-priced items (excluding made-to-order items) within 14 days of delivery.
Return Policy
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
- Returned items will be inspected - products deemed worn or damaged will not qualify for a refund.
- Sale or promotional items are can only be exchanged for store credit.
- Made to order items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Free Returns for Australian Orders
- Returns for store credit are free on all Australian orders.
- Returns requesting a refund will incur a $10 return fee, deducted from the total refund amount.
- Returns are processed within 48 hours of arrival, and you will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange is complete.

International Returns
- International customers are responsible for organising and covering the cost of return shipping via their preferred method. Please use a postage option that includes tracking details.
- All duties and taxes incurred during international returns must also be covered by the customer.

How to Return an International Order
- Email customercare@tribueyewear.co with your Order Number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will provide a Return Authorisation (RA) Number.
