All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch.

A signature is required upon delivery, if no one is there to sign it will be taken to your closest Post Office.

Standard Times:

• Metro area 2-5 business Days from dispatch
• Reginal areas 2-7 business Days from dispatch

Please note for Sale and Christmas Periods:  Please allow an additional 3-4 days during these times.

TRIBU Eyewear uses DHL Worldwide Express with Tracking.

Pls note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

All international orders are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. Product prices displayed are exclusive of destination taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
