All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch.

A signature may be required upon delivery, if no one is there to sign it will be taken to your closest Post Office.

• Metro area 2-5 business Days from dispatch
• Regional areas 2-7 business Days from dispatch

Sale and holiday periods:  Please allow an additional 3-4 days during peak periods. 

 

International Shipping

Free shipping on international orders over $200 AUD.

All international orders are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. Product prices displayed are exclusive of destination taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
