Returns & Exchanges

TRIBU is committed to customer satisfaction. Ordering is easy and risk free. 

We hope that you love your new TRIBU Eyewear purchase.

However, in the event that you are not happy with your choose we will happily refund or exchange your full-priced order, within 14 days of delivery. 

 

Policy

Returns must be returned undamaged, with ALL original packaging and accessories.   

Please be aware that the cost and responsibility of returning the goods is your responsibility.

Items that are deemed worn or damaged will not qualify for a refund/exchange

We Simply ask that you return the product in the state it was received.

Sale or promotional items cannot be returning for a refund or exchange as they are a final sale.

Do not return your product without first contacting our customer care team.

 

Returns and Exchanges Process

Simply email customercare@tribueyewear.co with your Order Number and tell us your reason and request.

Our team will then supply you with a RETURN AUTHORISATION (RA) number

Fill out the RA form and place it in with the return packaging. Securely pack your item(s) in their original packaging and ship back to:

 For your security and peace of mind we strongly suggest using a trackable and insured postal service. TRIBU will not be liable for lost return parcels.

Once received in the warehouse the goods will be inspected within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible.

We will send you an email confirming once this is done.

 

International Returns

Any international customers that wish to return their order will also need to cover any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs.
