Manufacturer's Warranty

TRIBU Eyewear frames are covered against manufacturing and parts faults under the following warranty periods:

CORE Collection — 12 months
EGO Collection — 24 months

Items deemed faulty under our warranty terms will be repaired or replaced. Every TRIBU Eyewear frame is quality controlled and hand-checked before dispatch.

We also offer a complimentary lifetime adjustment warranty in-store. Visit our flagship store for complimentary adjustments to ensure the perfect fit over time.

General wear and tear, damage caused by neglect, misuse or incorrect care is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not covered under warranty. In some cases, repairs may be available for a small fee.

Any orders that arrive damaged must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

• A photo of the product for reference

Product Care & Maintenance

To keep your eyewear looking and fitting its best, we recommend following these care tips. Proper care will help extend the life of your sunglasses and help prevent damage that may not be covered under warranty.

• Store your eyewear in a protective case to avoid scratches or damage.

• Use a microfiber cloth (provided) for cleaning and avoid chemical or household cleaners that may damage the lenses or frame.

• Avoid wearing sunglasses on your head, as this may cause stretching or accidental damage. If they feel loose, visit TRIBU Paddington for a complimentary adjustment.

• Keep away from high temperatures and heat. Avoid leaving eyewear in places where temperatures exceed 40°C (such as a hot car or direct sunlight) for extended periods, as this may cause damage not covered under warranty.

• Matte-finish frames are porous and may be affected by oils, moisturisers, and makeup. Handle with care, as some cosmetic products can have an irreversible effect on matte surfaces.
