One Year Manufacturer's Warranty
TRIBU Eyewear frames are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer and part faults only. All items deemed faulty under our warranty terms will be repaired or replaced. Every TRIBU Eyewear frame is quality controlled and hand-checked before being dispatched.
We also offer a lifetime adjustment warranty in-store. Visit our flagship store for complimentary adjustments to ensure the perfect fit over time.
Please note that general wear and tear, damage caused by neglect, misuse, or incorrect care is not considered a manufacturing fault, and we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, in some cases, we may be able to offer repairs for a small fee.
Any orders that arrive damaged must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Product Care & Maintenance
To keep your eyewear looking and fitting its best, we recommend following these care tips. Proper maintenance will extend the life of your sunglasses and help prevent damage that may not be covered under warranty.

Store your eyewear in a protective case to avoid scratches or damage.

Use a microfiber cloth (provided) for cleaning and avoid chemical or household cleaners that may damage the lenses or frame.

Avoid wearing sunglasses on your head, as this may cause stretching or accidental damage. If they feel loose, visit our store for a complimentary adjustment.

Keep away from high temperatures and heat. Avoid leaving eyewear in places where temperatures exceed 40°C (such as a hot car or direct sunlight) for extended periods, as this may void the warranty.

Matte-finish frames are porous and may be affected by oils, moisturisers, and makeup. Handle with care, as some cosmetic products can have an irreversible effect on matte surfaces.
